I'm fed up with the way things are

             Are You Fed Up Too?       

 

                     A website where I can present my various ideas of what could be done to improve our country.

                 And I am wondering, since I am fed up, are fed up too?

   

Well I'm just another one of many Americans who love our country and hate to see it given away to or taken away by  the bureaucrats that want it all for themselves. 

     I believe that people should be responsible for their actions and should not expect everything to be given to them without putting forth the effort necessary to really appreciate it.

     I believe that if you stood by a furnace and didn't want to put in any wood, you shouldn't expect heat.  If you put in wood, you will get heat.  Put in more wood, and you are rewarded with more heat.  It is not fair to expect me to put wood into your furnace so you may enjoy heat while I go stand out in the cold.

Just remember what we were taught in school.  I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to my death your right to say it.

About Me

I grew up in the midwest during the late 50's, 60's and 70's.  Then I joined the US Navy and saw many countries around the pacific and South China Sea, (WestPac) as it is commonly known in the Navy.  I was thankful to have the opportunity to see people in other countries and see their way of life.  Many are similar to ours but other cultures are quite different.  I came away with a whole different appreciation for the freedoms and liberties which we in the USA have come to take for granted.
